Alesund apple
“A simple yet elegant serve inspired by the apple orchards lining the beautiful Fjords of Norway, with New London Light ‘Midnight Sun’, cloudy apple juice, mint and lime”.
INGREDIENTS
50ml New London Light ‘Midnight Sun’
25ml Cloudy apple juice
12ml Lime juice
2 Mint leaves
Red apple
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a Boston shaker filled with ice.
Shake hard and double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish with thinly sliced red apple to create a fan effect and enjoy.
Calabria cooler
“New London Light ‘Aegean Sky’ served over ice with fresh rosemary, lemon juice, agave syrup, and chilled Earl Grey tea. Garnished with a sprig of rosemary”.
INGREDIENTS
50ml New London Light ‘Aegean Sky’
12.5ml Lemon juice
12.5ml Agave syrup
100ml chilled Earl Grey tea
Rosemary sprig
METHOD
Brew a strong Earl Grey tea with a sprig of rosemary in it and leave it to cool.
Once cool add all the ingredients to a Boston shaker filled with ice.
Shake hard and double strain into a tumbler with a large ice cube.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and enjoy.

50ml New London Light ‘First Light’
250ml Coffee (cold brew, decaffeinated or fresh)
12.5ml Agave syrup
Orange peel to garnish
METHOD
Place all the ingredients in a Boston shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish with orange peel on the side of the glass.
