Once your order is ready, we’ll send an email confirming all the details of your delivery including carrier and tracking information – and we won’t charge your credit or debit card until this is done.
UK Delivery Options:
Standard delivery £3.95 (Free on orders over £50 - UK mainland orders only)
Your order should be with you within 2-4 working days. During Sale orders may take longer to arrive. Thank you in advance for your patience with this.
Express delivery £5.95
Order by 4pm and receive your order within 1-2 working days. Excludes Salcombe Gin products.
We aim to cover all areas with our Next day service, but unfortunately, we cannot cover certain areas. These include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands. This service is not available on store stock items.
Click & Collect
- Crew Clothing Stores: FREE 1-2 working days.
- Order by 4pm Mon-Thurs to receive your order within 1-2 working days in store.
- Evri Parcel Shops: £3.50 (free when you spend £50 or more) delivered within 3-5 working days. Not included in free standard delivery option.

For both Click and Collect options, as soon as your order arrives in store we'll send an email to let you know that it's ready for collection. When collecting your parcel, please remember to bring with you the payment card used, or valid photo ID for PayPal
Gift Cards
- These can be bought instore or delivered for free.
- Standard UK Delivery only via Royal Mail tracked : 2 - 5 working days (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays)
