Has Not Arrived Still
I ordered a voucher online for a relative. It is over 2 weeks now and it still has not been sent. The complaints dept were slow in responding, and did not understand my query. They tried to refund me instead of sending the voucher by email to my relative as originally ordered. We are 18 days on and the voucher still has not arrived. It is beyond comprehension that such a large company cannot complete a simple transaction which is all done electronically, and their support line is unable to understand the query. I'd put zero stars if I could.

Terrible Customer Service.
3 weeks ago I ordered a e gift card. It still hasn't arrived! It's missed the 50th birthday that it was intended for. Despite around 10 emails, 3 calls to customer services and several promises.....still no gift card. Money went 3 weeks ago. To add insult to injury I received an email to add a review of my order and experience! Still no further forward. Now on a customer service call and been number 6 in the queue for 25 minutes! Shocking

E-gift Card Failed To Be Delivered
Sadly my brother did not receive the E-gift card I arranged to be emailed on his Birthday. I had to ask him a few days later if he had got his present and then when he double checked his email, including his junk mail, he hadn’t received anything so I had to send him my payment confirmation with the voucher code. Really disappointing.
