Pentire Drinks: a taste of the coast

Inspired by the Great Outdoors and capturing the natural beauty, power, and flavour of plants, Pentire is a drinks company with a difference. Launched by Alistair Frost and co-founder Ed Grieg-Gran, the partners had a vision for healthy, plant-based, and non-alcoholic spirits. Their signature serves include everything from non-alcoholic spirits and aperitifs to ready-to-drink non-alcoholic cocktails, all featuring a unique blend of botanicals native to the coast of Cornwall.
Adrift is the original Pentire Drinks spirit, with notes of lemon citrus, sage, rock samphire and sea salt, it’s a refreshing taste immediately reminiscent of ocean breeze. For the perfect serve, pour 50ml of Pentire Adrift into a highball glass filled with ice and top up with light tonic. Pentire Drinks recommend a garnish of rosemary or lemon peel with this botanical spirit.
The Coastal Spritz is the ideal choice for al fresco sipping, available in a pre-mixed can that’s perfect for on the go – drinks on the beach, anyone? Combining flavours of blood orange, sea rosemary and oakwood, this spritz is the perfect balance of natural bitter flavours and refreshing coastal tones.
