WAYS TO RETURN
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase then you can return it as long as it's in original condition with proof of purchase and its within 28 days of purchase, or 14 days if you've purchased a sale item. This means it needs to be unused and still in its original packaging with tags attached which is in good condition, allowing it to be resold. This excludes any items that have been personalised, as well as products that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons: underwear, boxer shorts, socks that have been tried on, swimwear where the hygiene strip has been broken or is missing. These products can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy
We’re offering an extended returns policy for the festive season. If accompanied by a receipt, all unworn items purchased from 11th November 2024 can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 19th 2025 (excluding sale items). Sale items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase, and anything returned without a receipt can be exchanged in store at the current selling price.
