Is It Me?

Ordered the shirt upon receiving the promotion. Four days later there was a further price reduction. I’d ordered several items and the delivery was still to be made. If the items were now a lower price it seemed logical that if I was not in possession that I should enjoy the new lower price. I asked but was refused. The only way to get the new price was to return the items and order again! I waited over two weeks for delivery of the shirt and my enthusiasm had waned. After delivery I found that the shirt was too small (my fault I’d ordered L in slim fit). So I returned the shirt (I don’t like returning items). By the time I did all XL’S had gone! I’m shirtless. My thoughts are that surely it is not beyond the wit of human to process a refund for a price reduction without having to return items to satisfy the system. signed Perplexed of Wakefield.

Was a bit disappointed with the colour. The colour showed as quite a bright yellow, but the true colour was more like a mustard.
